What's not included in the build fee?
Domain registration (~$20/year) and any paid third-party tools you choose to use (e.g. a booking system with its own subscription). We'll flag anything like that before you commit.
How long does a build take?
Basic sites typically launch in 1-2 weeks. Standard sites run 2-4 weeks. Executive and custom projects are scoped individually based on the features you pick.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes, anytime, with 30 days' notice. If you cancel, we'll hand off your files and a copy of your site so you're never locked in.
What's a "monthly security check"?
Every plan, even Basic, gets a monthly pass to confirm your SSL is valid, your backups are current, and there are no outstanding security warnings from your host.
Do you work with businesses outside the Maritimes?
Yes we work with businesses across Canada. In person meetings are easiest locally, but everything can be done remotely.

50% deposit to start, balance on launch before account handoff. The deposit is refundable in full until we send you the first design. After that it is non-refundable, except where SiteTech cancels or fails to deliver, in which case any unused portion is refunded. The balance is due on launch, before accounts are handed over. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time with 30 days' notice.
